Imagine the above title without a question mark. “There is no god”. How does it ring in your mind? Does it bring goes bums or happiness in your mind? God, a super natural being that controls order in the world is what most people believe. Different people have different god depending on their belief for example in Christianity we have Jehovah/Yahweh, Muslims have Allah, and many more.

You might have come across this during this digital world. You might have had questions in your mind but it’s because of the recent crushes in the third world. You may hear of me talking of a crush and think of an accident, yes it is in one way or another. The cause of the accident is music and celebrity. We 21ST century young people seem to go through a stage of admiration to the local and even international celebrities and musicians.

As I relaxed in my room this issue struck my mind and am quite sure that when I talk about the so called virtual friends, I would be termed as old fashioned but I think am not because we claim to be Christians but we are not keen on building on the fellowship of believers in the body of Christ.

Joy is a fruit of the Holy Spirit, but can a Christian be sad. Or if you are sad does it mean the Holy Spirit has left you. Of course things that would steal our joy are all around us. Our lord himself assured us that tribulation will come; he tells us that as sheep among wolves he sends us in the world. Our lord himself tasted and felt our pain and sorrows and more than us he was afflicted.

ISAIAH 54:1 “ Sing, o barren woman, you who never bore a child; burst into a song, shout for joy, you who were never in labour; because more are the children of the desolate woman than of her who has a husband,” says the Lord. (NIV). After we have let it go and obey the spiritual surgery, we need to burst into a song and give God praise.

Getting born again is the wisest decision you can ever make as a Christian and even God Himself, His son Jesus together with the angels in heaven celebrate when this happens. However, the journey of salvation itself is not a child’s play, a lot is expected of us including living as a new creature that you are. You are to do everything that pleases and honours God.

By whichever means, I cannot trust a stranger I have met in a bank queue with my bank account pin. This is a resolution to many, just because you have no idea of what they will do next. I have lived to appreciate everybody because of their unique character. It amazes me to see people do different things in different ways. We tend to judge others because they do things in a different way rather than doing our way. We have a common father; God, but we can never be the same.
