INTRODUCTION

Better is the end of a matter than its beginning. I thank God for the opportunity given to serve as the vice secretary of MUCU MC 2022. And as my tenure comes to an end I am grateful to God for His sufficient grace and mercy.

 

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I would first love to acknowledge God for enabling me to serve faithfully this season.

The executive committee led by our able chairman Gabriel Agufa. Serving with you has been a wonderful experience.

I would also love to appreciate the catering ministry led by George Wambugu and Fiona Sada. Thank you for making service smooth and for all your efforts.

Finally to my family and friends who have now become family. Thank for your prayers, shoulders and advices. May God bless you abundantly.

 

DUTIES OF VICE SECRETARY
1. Be the principal assistant to the secretary of MUCU (MC)
2. Cater for all provisions of the Executive Committee as it holds
     meetings and the preachers’ welfare.
3. Be in charge of receiving all mails through the MUCU (MC) post
   office box.
4. Handle any other duty allocated by the Executive Committee as need
   arises.
5. Be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the Christian
   Union office.
6. Be the link between the executive committee and associates committee

 

 

 

ACHIEVEMENTS

  1. By the grace of God I was able to achieve the following
  2. Cater for the executive committee welfare during meetings.
  3. With the help of the media chair I was able to handle all the MUCU MC speakers and visitors.
  4. Hold a successful associates week that was held on July 11th to 17th 2022.
  5. Was able to establish a link with the associates to MUCU MC executive.
  6. With the help of vice secretaries from different committees was able to maintain the CU kitchen.
  7. Was able to clean and maintain the guest room.

CHALLENGES

  1. The absence of the art of stewardship among some members of the church.
  2. The kitchen roof leaking that caused flooding during rainy days.
  3. The guestroom made some speakers uncomfortable.

 

RECOMMENDATIONS

  1. The incoming vice secretary to work closely with the associates to ensure the link is not lost.
  2. To hold a successful associates weekend or week as the executive will deem it fit.
  3. Lias with the administration to ensure the kitchen roof is prepared.

 

CONCLUSION

Col 4:17 And say to Archippus , “see that you fulfill the ministry you have received in the Lord.”

To my successor Martha Boke I commend you to the Word of God and His grace that is able to carry you.

Serve the Lord Faithfully.
