Joy

Joy is a fruit of the Holy Spirit, but can a Christian be sad. Or if you are sad does it mean the Holy Spirit has left you. Of course things that would steal our joy are all around us. Our lord himself assured us that tribulation will come; he tells us that as sheep among wolves he sends us in the world. Our lord himself tasted and felt our pain and sorrows and more than us he was afflicted.
